My order showed up in 5 business days in Toronto. This is my second time buying from Tru-lens, and once more, everything went smoothly. The items have expiry dates that are years away.

"Terrible Delivery Experience"
Opting for Canada Post for shipping was a bad call. It's been 25 days, and my item is still MIA. I've been poked with reminders to leave a review, so here it is, even though I still don’t have my contacts.

Everything's looking promising. I used to shop on international sites that had a similar price and delivery speed. I’m for sure gonna stick with them for my contact lens needs from now on. No doubt about it :)

Overall, I've had a great time shopping. The sole reason I didn’t rate it a full 5 stars is that I was meant to have a continuous work benefit via Venngo, but the website only let me use it one time. Perhaps the perk wasn’t clearly explained, so I’m not certain who to point fingers at. But when it comes to service, product quality, and communication, I’m quite pleased with Tru Lens.

"Raising the bar for online shopping"
Everything was smooth sailing, no fuss, just how all services ought to be. The cost for my contact lenses is quite competitive. They’re dependable as well (even during the Canada Post strike) and the customer service upfront is fantastic when you need it. Seriously, do yourself a solid and give them a shot!
